Abstract

|
|
A case report of chronic Iymphocytic leukemia is presented with literature review.
Chronic Iymphocytic leukemia is very rare in Korea and The age of patient (34 years
old) is younger than European cases. The cellular morphology of this case is difficult to
differentiate with Iymphosarcoma cell leukemia, and confirmed by P.H.A. stimulated
Iymphocyte blastogenesis and clinical findings. Blastogenesis of P.H.A. stimulated
Iymphocytes and T cell rosette formation are increased after treatment.
